AMERICAN HERITAGE RV PARK in Williamsburg, VA Campground Review

We had a premium site #41 located right next to the bath house. The site was very nice. Concrete pads, full hookups, cable tv, nice table and chairs, fire pit, charcoal grill & what they call a patio. We had lots of spaces on both sides and enjoyed our space. You have to take your trash to the dumpsters at the front office.

The laundry room had 4 washers and 4 dryers but most of them had dog hair all inside. This isn’t necessarily their fault but maybe campgrounds need to dedicate washer and dryers for dog owners only. Then you should clean them out when you finish.

The pool was larger then most and a good size. They had a game room the kids went to. The office was okay. One lady working was super friendly and the other not so much.

Location was good. You are 10-20 from everything: Williamsburg, Jamestown & Yorktown.

I’m really enjoying this time of the year because the campgrounds are empty during the week and fill up on the weekends. So we get the campgrounds to ourselves a lot of the time.
